Dr Gary Preece works for the Government Operational Research Service.
Gary obtained his PhD in Systems Thinking and Information Management at Aston University, Birmingham. He has worked for Kyoto University in Japan looking at systems thinking approaches in earthquake response, before joining the UK Government Operational Research Service. He has experience supporting crisis response for national and local governments.
